Sharon Gaspar is the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations. Sharon has worked in the financial services industry for the past fifteen years starting in administrative support.
She relocated to the Denver area from the Midwest back in 2014 and has an associate’s degree in Business Administration and earned an accounting certificate. Sharon earned her FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 licenses and is a Securities Principal.
Since joining A&I Wealth Management in 2015, Sharon has grown in her leadership responsibilities and is part of the management team. She has developed relationships with our clients and considers it an honor to partner with our advisors to provide the best client experience possible.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, working in her yard, traveling, going on mountain trips, walking, and hiking.
