We are a second-generation, Colorado-owned and operated firm. As an independent firm, we are free to select the financial partners, products and service providers that will best position our clients for success.
Art and Inge Rewinkel founded A&I Financial Services in 1986 to help local families and businesses with their investment, insurance, and tax preparation needs. Some of our clients remember Stacey Frank as a teenager growing up in the business. In 2004, Stacey and Karl Frank joined Art and Inge to build a team-based financial planning firm on A&I’s successful foundation.

While Art and Inge retired in 2009, our founders’ presence persists in our family-based culture, comfortable office atmosphere and signature grandfather clock. Our logo and navigational themes reflect Art’s naval service as a submariner, where he learned the value of teamwork, exceptional preparedness, and what he called “first principles.” As visionaries, Art and Inge demonstrate the fundamental principles of navigation in their lives, work, and retirement. First you must know where you are, then envision where you want to be and chart your course accordingly.
Our advisors and client care team members have earned a broad array of securities industry licenses and financial planning designations and complete rigorous ongoing education requirements to stay at the top of our industry.
We rely on our 12 core values to set priorities, resolve ethical dilemmas, act in our clients’ good faith, and provide a consistently exceptional experience for everyone we meet.
Our team members volunteer for a number of organizations and serve as a resource for a variety of news outlets.
